We are proud to say that Rico Brand, the parent company of Frida Bistro, is hosting this year's Celebrate the Bounty event.

Rico Brand was started by Jorge Fierro in 1998 when Jorge discovered the absence of quality Mexican food in Salt Lake City.  He started selling his beans at Pioneer Park Farmers' Market and the company blossomed from there.  Jorge opened Frida Bistro in 2012 and has been receiving awards ever since.

Made with quality local ingredients and thoughtful construction, the food made by Frida Bistro's chefs is full of color and marvelous flavors.

They will be highlighting their pork belly with brown sugar, orange and jalapeno glaze with mushrooms and mashed potatoes at Celebrate the Bounty. You won't want to miss it!
