Large apparel manufacturing companies around the world produce millions of tons of leftover remnants, pieces and wasted scrap each year. The process retrieves these cutting room remnants with the addition of polyester fiber and reworks the clean trimmings into new knitting yarn that can be re-woven into brand new fabrics. Re-captured cotton doesn’t need to be re-dyed and there are no additional chemicals or toxic liquids used in the re-capturing process.
