Zion Canyon Brewing Company is Southwest Utah's first and only brewery. We are a small 2,500 barrel per year operation located in beautiful Zion Canyon. ZCBC features five styles of full grain handcrafted beers and all styles are currently being distributed throughout Utah. We are dedicated to brewing only the finest beer available, using the highest quality ingredients. Zion Canyon Brewing Company was started in 2005 by Dale E. Harris, a long-time local in Zion Canyon.
