A local family farm dedicated to pasture raising heritage Berkshire pork and grass fed, dry aged beef naturally and humanely. Our pork is quickly gaining the reputation of being the finest pork raised in Utah and even surrounding states. The pigs are fed a locally grown diet of barley, wheat, oats, triticale and of course pasture without the use of antibiotics, hormones, strange additives or any other unnatural products. With plenty of space, deep straw beds and a cooling system in the summer, our pigs are truly in hog heaven! We believe that happy animals are a key component to our gourmet quality meats. We deliver pork every month of the year and beef about every other month.
