Made with the Rocky Mountain West’s driest, High Altitude Raw Honey: The first thing you notice about our Honey Wine Vinegar is the color, its golden color comes from Utah’s beautiful mountain wild flowers that bees collect the sweet nectar from. The vinegar is made from our 100% pure Raw Honey that we produce here in Northern Utah. Just as the bees produce many shades of Honey, this follows through to our Vinegar. No artificial colors are added to bring uniformity to the color of the vinegar. The color of the Vinegar comes from the color of the honey. Each batch of Vinegar is as unique in flavor and color as our Honey.
