A local partnership. SAPA Sushi Bar & Asian Grill is named after a small market town in northern Vietnam. Due to its geographic location, on the eastern edge of the Himalayas bordering China and Laos, the small town of Sapa became a melting pot for many different cultures, especially when the French invaded in the late 1800's. The breathtaking landscapes and slowed down lifestyle, alongside the diverse population and cultural fusion, of Sapa are the inspiration for SAPA Sushi Bar & Asian Grill. Our menu is a true Asian fusion - rooted in Vietnamese and Thai cuisine - incorporating cooking styles and ingredients from all Asian cultures. Find an escape in our unique and beautiful garden, complimented by ancient tea houses we imported from Vietnam. These houses are nearly 300 years old, tediously hand carved and put together in tongue and groove fashion, providing an awe-inspiring and cultural backdrop to your dining experience.
