Pat is the Leader of our corporation and has been in the meat industry for over 35 years in Colorado, Idaho and here in Utah. Angela is a key figure in our operation from Jerky making to her knowledge in marketing and her courteous customer skills. She has been an integral part of our company for the last few years and makes killer Jerky, Buffalo Wings, and Smoked Baby Back Ribs. Rich is the ol' geezer himself. He has been in the meat industry for over 35 years in Colorado, Idaho and here in Utah.
