In 1932, when Tom Colarusso wanted a great fudge sauce for his soda fountain ice cream specialties, he developed a recipe that quickly became popular with sundae connoisseurs. Tom's Fudge became a family favorite for 70 years. Tom's Gourmet Foods first began in 2002 with Tom's Gourmet Fudge Sauce and now manufactures eight dessert sauces including Original Fudge, Dark Fudge, Double Dark Fudge, Caramel, Caramel Pecan, Fudge Pecan, Fudge Almond and Verry Berry. We use real cream and butter, pure vanilla, large pecan and almond pieces and Guittard Chocolate (Utah Companies). We're proud to be a part of Utah's Own and Local First Utah.
