The Bohemian Brewery was founded and continued to run as a truly "mom & pop" shop who is 100% family owned locally in Utah with 0 outside corporate partnerships or investments. The brewery is focused on European Style Lagers differentiating them from most breweries who focus on easy to make Ales. The Brewery is also a Gastropub, brewpub, micobrewery, restaurant serving Czech, German and American Dishes all made from scratch and not from frozen ingredients. Bohemian Brewery is the only local brewery producing and canning their beer all onsite. Bohemian chose cans over bottles not only because they block out 100% UV and Air but because cans are considered the greenest of beverage containers easily recycled, having a smaller carbon footprint in production and transportation over bottles and allows consumers to packed in and packed out their beverages for outings trending for less littering. All the spent grain from beer production is used as feed for the brewery's two cows and supports a local farmer and his livestock.
