Located on a two-acre plot adjacent to Grand County High School, The Youth Garden Project provides experiential education programming to youth in Grand County by using the garden as a learning tool. Programs include: High School Science Class, Garden Summer Camp, After School Cooking and Crafts Program, and the AmeriCorps Apprentice Program. YGP also assists with Moab's Farmer's Market. Our apprentices and gardeners plan, plant, and harvest produce which is then taken to market and sold to members of the community. We also sell our produce to local businesses such as Moonflower Market and local restaurants.
