| Description: | Join the Wasatch Cooperate Market as we celebrate the connection between local growers and artisan cuisine. Learn the reasons why eating local is truly the good life. This membership drive event will take place at Avenues Bistro (564 3rd Ave) on Tuesday, January 29th from 5:00-7:00 PM. Kathie Chadbourne, owner, will demonstrate a different signature Avenues Bistro recipe every half hour as she discusses the connection between local ingredients and an excellent dining experience. We will also raffle one baking class to a lucky member-owner. Everyone who signs up to be a member owner will be entered to win a $25 gift certificate to Avenues Bistro. Limited seating is available.
