Saans Photography, serving downtown SLC since 1952, is a versatile full-service studio comprised of multiple photographers with expertise in a range of specialties. Owner M. Bryan Thompson shoots primarily for commercial and editorial use, on assignment as well as on self-assignment for stock. The studio's retail division specializes in weddings and other events, fine portraiture, model portfolios, actors headshots, business portraits and other genres. Fine art prints by the studio's artists are available for personal or institutional enjoyment and investment. Additionally, the studio offers photo art decor suitable for executive, corporate office, commercial and hospitality environments. Saans has membership in the American Society of Media Photographers, the Stock Artists Alliance, the Professional Photographers of America, Editorial Photographers, and the Travel and Outdoor Photographers Alliance.
