A German flavor house developed our unique formula almost a century ago as an alternative to beer. We discovered the drink and brought it to Utah in the 1960s calling it Apple Beer, Utah’s original Gourmet soda. While the original drink can no longer be found in Germany, it has been packaged and sold along the Wasatch Front ever since. In other words, we are the world’s only source for authentic Apple Beer.
